Corporate crises only happen to other people don’t they? But what if it happened to your organisation?
Do you have tried and tested media response plans? Have you identified the key spokespeople? Will they be able to communicate effectively under intense pressure? How will the flow of information to the media be managed? Do you have a crisis manual that staff can turn to for advice?
If your answer is ‘No’ to any of the above, then you urgently need to review your crisis planning.
Your reputation is your most valuable asset and during a time of extreme media scrutiny it needs to be protected at all costs.
Our courses prepare you for the worst case scenario. We work closely with your Communications team to devise a realistic scenario which will unfold as the day progresses. Delegates will have to prepare for different interview formats and react quickly to the news gathering process. The training can be conducted either off or on site and is tailored to suit your specific needs.
After the course the client will receive a detailed analysis and assessment of each delegate. Where necessary, further advice and recommendations may be given.
