Caroline Kerr – Broadcast journalist and Media trainer

Caroline has worked in broadcast news for over twenty years. Up until very recently she has been ITN’s most senior reporter covering business and economics for several years. During that time she has covered a range of stories including company results, mergers, stock market fluctuations, ‘fat cat’ pay deals and oil prices.

Previously to this she was appointed ITN’s first Consumer Correspondent and reported on the controversy over GM crops, the decline of Marks and Spencer and ATM charges. She has regularly interviewed the Chancellor as well as a number of CEOs from all types of business.

She regularly trains companies from a variety of industries to deal with a range of issues, such as; financial announcements, corporate re-branding, product launches/recalls and crisis management.
